a)Does this happen only with the PDF files? Do you get any specific error messages?
b)Are you able to print the PDF files online?
To determine the cause of the printing problem, I would suggest you to try the following steps:
When printing (File Print), check: If you have selected a PDF/XPS converter: Select a valid printer instead; If only a PDF or XPS printer is available you may need to add a printer to computer first; Print to file may be enabled on your printer. If the file doesn't print correctly, go to step 4.
Step 4: Turn off your printer for at least 15 seconds to flush its memory, and then turn it back on and print a PDF file:
If the file prints correctly, the printer's memory was too full.
